Join Sonic the Hedgehog once again in this new 3D gaming experience. Sonic's adventure takes place in a bizarre amusement park, created by Dr Eggman who has hatched yet another plan for world domination. This time, Eggman has captured an alien race called Wisps, and is harnessing their colorful energy to fuel a sinister plot. Before Dr Eggman has completed his evil plan, he is discovered by Sonic, who realises he is also able to use these alien powers and is here to help! Sonic the Hedgehog speeds through amazing theme park based worlds to rescue a colorful alien race from the hands of Dr. Eggman. With unique power-ups fueled by the alien’s energy, Sonic is able to access hidden areas like never before!

Sonic Colors accelerates Sonic to incredible lighting speeds and blasts him through hurdles in ways never before experienced in a Sonic game. The alien Wisp’s featured in the game each have a different “Color Power” that, once released, Sonic is able to harness it, while bolting through the various theme park type planets. The Wisp energy allows Sonic to construct new routes through the levels. Sonic's new power-ups gives him a different power to use for a limited time. Mixing the Wisp power-ups together, creates a combination that heightens Sonic’s boost gauge even more rapidly.

Sonic Colours on Wii, comes some fantastic level design that will test even the most dedicated of Sonic fans. The classic Sonic speed rush, is complemented by expertly performed switching between 2D and 3D viewpoints and boasts some incredible animation and beautifully coloured scenery and backdrops.
