Scooby Doo and the mystery crew are back in action for fun and games in a new and exciting adventure on Wii, Scooby-Doo and the Spooky Swamp. Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Daphne, Velma and Fred set out to investigate the mystery that surrounds a wierd young girl from the swamp and her odd cauldron of brew. Players will need to solve puzzles, and defeat supernatural enemies such as skeletons, werewolves, giant crocodiles and evil snowmen in combat with blunt instruments or slingshots to defeat various creatures of the night. Journey outside the swamp and into more eerie locations, such as the Alpine village or the Southwestern ghost town, to seek out clues, investigate mysteries and decipher secret messages.

Players will begin the game playing as either Shaggy or Scooby, but later they will be able to play as any character of the Mystery Crew, flicking from one to another with a simple push of a button. Also, the game has a drop-in drop-out function that will allow other players join in at any time, so you can work together to solve puzzles and battle against enemies. Each of the various characters has special abilities and moves and players will need to utilise these abilities by switching between them to progress through the game. Scooby Doo Spooky Swamp on Wii also allows players to customise the outfits and styles of the characters.
