Pokepark Wii: Pikachu's Adventure

PokePark Wii: Pikachu's Adventure is the first time a Pokemon adventure title has appeared on the Wii. Unlike past Pokemon titles, PokePark Wii is an adventure game with strong emphasis on playing mini-games.

As the storyline goes, the PokéPark was protected by a Sky Prism, but the Sky Prism shattered, and its pieces were spread all around the PokéPark. Pokemon Mew has summoned Pikachu and friends to the PokePark in order to find the missing pieces of the Sky Prism. Pikachu, will need to explore the PokéPark and collect all of the Sky Prism Pieces and ultimately save the day. Players will need to explore various places within the PokéPark, whether in Beach Zone, Iceberg Zone, Lava Zone or Haunted Zone, to complete the tasks. The more tasks Pikachu completes, the more new areas and Pokemon begin to appear. Working through the game, players will befriend key Pokémon and take part in Skill Games as well as the many challenges that present themselves.

The game includes several interesting features, such as taking pictures of your favorite Pokemon and saving them to an optional SD card. Pikachu can even become friends with fellow Pokemon by defeating them in the Skill Games, allowing the player to then play as as the new Pokemon in various Attractions.

Challenges Include:
Rhyperior's Bumper Burn Pokémon fight on a stage - try to push opponent Pokemon off the stage!
Bulbasaur's Daring Dash Pokémon footrace - players will need to shake the Wii Remote to accelerate.
Salamence's Air Ace Shoot airborne targets while flying through the sky.
Venusaur's Vine Swing Timing is of the essence in this test of your vine-swinging skills.
Gyarados' Aqua Dash Race against the clock on this aquatic course, avoiding obstacles and using boosts.
Playable characters include: Pikachu, Pachirisu, Croagunk, Chimchar, Treeko, Bidoof, Bulbasaur, Ponyta, Shinx, Arcanine, Caterpie, Aipom, Piplup, Munchlax, Scyther, Ambipom, Mr. Mime, Primeape, Ursaring and many more.
